Maharashtra Ready Reckoner Rates 2014 - Property rates to go up in Pune

Pune is all set to witness a 5 to 10 per cent increase in property prices as per the new ready reckoner rates 2014.

However, this increase may be less than the average 10 to 15 per cent hike in the fortcoming property prices across Maharashtra state as per the new ready reckoner rates 2014.


Out of the 733 zones in greater Pune, which includes areas like Hinjewadi, 602 zones will see price increase less than 20 per cent.
