'Defence Colony Pune' - New affordable housing project with 1 BHK, 2 BHK & 3 BHK flats in Wagholi, Pune by Supertech Constructions
Supertech Constructions, a subsidiary of Pune-based Supertech Engineering, a defence equipment manufacturing firm, has launched a housing colony at affordable prices targeted primarily at defence as well as police and paramilitary personnel.
The residential project titled ‘Defence Colony Pune,’ is located at Wagholi village on Ahmednagar highway, about 10 km from Pune railway station. Spread over a three-and-half acres, the first phase of the project comprises 150 flats in four seven-storey towers.
60 per cent of the flats were reserved for defence personnel, 20 per cent were for the police and paramilitary and the remaining 20 per cent for civilians. With our affordable pricing tag, as the project is built with no profit, no loss basis, project has already sold out 50 per cent of the project with customers paying 30 per cent of the cost while booking.
